Driver Development Center

The AMP driver development center is a 7 ½ degree 'ice hill' followed by a a 200-foot asphalt 'doughnut'  where you can test your vehicle against the challenge of computer-controlled water jets and a low-friction surface. Perfect for all drivers to practice Oversteer and Understeer, Hydroplaning or Icy Conditions Driving Skills.

Karting

AMP’s karting circuit is 8/10ths of a mile in length and was designed by F1 architect, Hermann Tilke. Featuring 17 turns and 43 feet of elevation change, it is one of the most technical and exciting tracks in the USA. With a near four-story drop into a 180-degree hairpin and one of the longest straightaways of any kart track in the country, AMP's kart circuit provides a training environment that is unlike any other. Most modern-day professional racers learned their craft in karts and you'll see exactly why karting provides such a vital proving ground for the racers of tomorrow when you drive on this one-of-a-kind, purpose-built track.
